Bhogal is the project’s visionary leader with more than 43 years of experience in the design and management of civil and structural engineering projects in the field of transportation,industrial and commercial buildings. Of these, he spent about 30 years working in the Asia Pacific region on major transportation projects. Some key projects Mr. Bhogal has worked on include the Singapore MRT, Taiwan High Speed Rail, Kaohsiung MRT and Mumbai Monorail.
